Responsibilities:

Operate company leased vehicles, primarily 19,000 GVWR flatbed, and forklift. Deliveries and pick up of perishable and general cargo to various locations on and off Hickam AFB. Loading and offloading vendor and company vehicles. Perform general light maintenance to company vehicles and schedule maintenance appointments as required. Maintain vehicle maintenance, registration, and repair records; report any vehicle defects affecting safe operation. Assist with movement of cargo, palletization, and containerization. Assist with receiving, inspection, waybilling, and documentation of cargo. Receipt, inspection, and packing of perishables to include preparation of shipping materials (gel ice packs) and verification of temperatures. Verify incoming shipments against delivery tickets; verify/correct discrepancies, data entry. Communication with various end users and acquistion staff. Errands to local vendors. General duties including answering phones and housekeeping of freight areas, monitoring of shipping/packing supplies. Must be able to multi-task and exercise good judgment to determine priorities, and work safely. Overtime and/or weekend hours may be required. Other duties as required. Ability to lift 50 lbs. May be outside in rainy or windy conditions.

 

Requirements:

Related Experience: Minimum 5-6 years, High School Diploma or Equivalent; Must be experienced in driving fundamentals and operation of flatbed truck (19,000 GVWR) or heavy truck, load planning, securing and transporting cargo. Current Commercial Drivers' License (CDL) or Hawaii Class 4 license required. Strong written and verbal skills. Familiar with D.O.T. rules and regulations.

Desire experience in receiving, inspection, perishable handling, load planning, general office skills. General familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and computers. CDL and DOT Hazmat certification.

Software Engineer IV/Real-time Radar Applications (Full Time)

Location: Lexington, Massachusetts

Responsibilities: The Software Engineer will work closely with team members to provide high-level Real Time Programming ( RTP) support of Reagan Test Site (RTS) instrumentation systems. The Software Engineer will perform system level analysis of requirements. The Software Engineer will design, implement and test continuing enhancements to the RTP. The Software Engineer will evaluate regression testing results and prepare major releases for site. The Software Engineer will maintain and develop improvements to radar tracking system software utilizing defined software processes and standards based configuration management. Software maintenance includes resolving bug-reports in hard-real-time control, data acquisition, coherent signal processing, Doppler tracking (Kalman/Poly), simulation, antenna/servo control, waveform generation, data recording, data analysis and data reduction system software for a suite of six large multi-target mechanically steered radars. This position requires excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. Duties will require the ability to work in a team environment and the adherence to strict project deadlines.

Security Clearance: Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Requirements: a BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Applied Math or closely related field is required. A minimum of eight years of professional experience is required. A proficiency programming in C on a UNIX (or IRIX) platform and real-time programming ( RTP) concepts is required. This position requires excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. The ability to work in a team environment and the ability to adhere to strict project deadlines is required.

Desired: A Familiarity with USAKA/RTS, radar concepts, C++, and Object Oriented Design is desired. An MS level degree is desired. Project Leadership experience would be a plus.

Mission Planner I (Full Time/ Location- CONUS: Huntsville, AL)

Responsibilities:

This position will plan, conduct and coordinate scientific mission planning activities in support of RTS technical operations from Huntsville. The applicant will employ mission planning product workstations to produce mission, sensor and simulator files as well as autotasker scripts for use on RTS mission tests. The applicant will run simulations/produce plots to verify sensor tracking capabilities, verify Range Operations Coordination Center (ROCC) activities including Best Choice, Best Estimate of Trajectory, Impact Predictions, Sensor Timelines, Directing Data and etc., and verify inputs such as target characteristics, nominal trajectories, body motion parameters and RCS for various sensors. The applicant evaluates and reports program schedule performance metrics. The applicant must be highly motivated, have strong communication skills, and function well within a team environment.

Job Knowledge: Familiarity with RTS and radar concepts. Prior experience with space program operations planning or ballistic missile test mission planning is desired.

EEO Specialist (Human Resources Generalist IV)
(Location: Huntsville, AL/Full Time)


Responsibilities:
Develops, implements, monitors and evaluates progress of Human Resources policies, programs and processes in support of Kwajalein Range Services (KRS). Primary responsibilities include equal employment opportunity compliance; affirmative action analysis and reporting; and staffing and recruiting strategies to source and hire candidates to fill technical, operational, or administrative positions in several locations including Huntsville AL, Honolulu HI, Richmond CA and the Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI). The position is located in Huntsville AL and reports to the HR Supervisor, CONUS.

The qualified candidate will work closely with other KRS company recruiters, the Employee Relations Manager located on the RMI island of Kwajalein, and KRS managers located around the globe.

Major Duties / Essential Functions:

• Manage the company’s equal employment opportunity program including the in-house preparation of the company’s affirmative action plan: establish, prepare and monitor statistical portion of the plan and coordinate with managers on the completion of the narrative including goals and accomplishments section.

• Prepare, analyze and submit federal employment reporting as required, including the annual EEO-1 and VETS 100 reports. Use automated reporting tools.

• Source qualified candidates, interview, screen, communicate position requirements, and extend job offers to selected candidates to fill open positions in technical, operations, and administrative areas of the company.

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies, identify labor market trends, and recommend tactical plans to source candidates for difficult to fill positions. Attend job fairs and develop recruiting materials as required.

• Educate and advise management and HR staff on EEO principals, compliance requirements, and record keeping.

• Design and conduct functional personnel audits to ensure compliance in the areas of recruiting, employee records, and affirmative action. Report results to management and make recommendations to ensure compliance.

• Monitor federal, state and local employment laws and communicate and educate staff about changes as appropriate. Coordinate updated or revised state and federal employment related postings at all U.S. company locations.

• Identify and assist with the development of policies, programs, and processes to improve employment practices related to EEO and Affirmative Action planning. Conduct adverse impact analysis if required for workforce reductions.

• Retrieve data from the company’s HRIS to produce reports, analyze and report EEO and employment related trends, and create ad-hoc reports.


Requirements:
Job Knowledge/ Skills / Abilities:

• Experience completing EEO-1 reports; developing, monitoring, and measuring affirmative action plans; and coordinating employer compliance audits with responsible Government Agency.
• Demonstrated experience working with, reporting on, and communicating about regulations, legal authorities and laws related to recruitment, employment, and employee relations including Title VII, Executive Order 11246, VEVRAA, ADA, FLSA, and FMLA.
• Complete self-audits to maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Working knowledge of reporting requirements as defined by the EEOC and the Department of Labor.
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of employment law and affirmative action compliance and reporting
• Knowledge to perform adverse impact analyses and underutilization analyses.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Eight years human resources generalist experience with five years in the field of EEO compliance and affirmative action planning and reporting, and three years of professional recruiting experience.
• Experience with Employment Law including Title VII, Executive Order 11246, VEVRAA, legal authorities and AA Plans.
• Experience with EEO/AA Plan audit preferred.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word and Excel.

Space Surveillance Assistant Operations Director (Location: Huntsville, AL/Full Time)


Responsibilities:
Perform and assist others in RTS Space Surveillance Operations performed primarily from Huntsville, AL. The Assistant Operations Director (AOD) will support a combination of other technical activities involving RTS Distributed Operations projects in Huntsville. The AOD will be responsible for training new space surveillance personnel in Huntsville. Daily communications with the government customer is required and is to be handled in a highly professional manner. The AOD will plan, prepare, and supervise both weekly routine satellite catalog maintenance tracking and high priority radar operations involving new space launches, near earth and deep space satellite tracking. The AOD will maintain statistical and analytical data at Huntsville to be used for reporting purposes. The AOD will operate multiple radar sensors using acquisition and track consoles for data collection. The AOD will operate UNIX and Linux PC computer systems and a dedicated communications Message Processing system. The AOD will support training and the documentation of Operational Procedures. The AOD will directly support personnel required to travel TDY to CONUS for remote operations transition support.

Job Knowledge:
The applicant is required to be pre-qualified as an Assistant Operations Director with appropriate specialized experience.

Space Surveillance Systems Engineer III (Location: Huntsville, AL/Full Time)
Responsibilities:
Support RTS Space Surveillance Operations performed primarily from Huntsville, AL. The Systems Engineer will support a combination of technical activities in Huntsville. Work with KRS Operations, Hardware, Software and MIT/LL technical staff on RTS radar systems in support of military and scientific space operations. Support the successful phase-in and implementation of remote RTS operations via existing SATCOM and installed fiber optic network connectivity. Support radar system troubleshooting, investigation of anomalies, and solution implementation with remote and local hardware and software technical staff. Support Real Time Program (RTP) and Space Surveillance Operations Analytical tools (S4) performance validation, development & provide the formal testing for Operational software release updates. Support verification of RTS radar metric data accuracy, data products quality and 24 x 7 reliability.
Support the operations staff in standard preparation and planning for new launch support providing key information for successful radar system setups and mission execution. Support an increased role as a Test Director on certain space missions of higher complexity where multiple RTS sensors are used and could require non-traditional and/or customer specified (special) mission data products.
Support progress in RTS radar system improvements in the areas of radar tracking performance, automation opportunities, and expanding mission capability. Support performance assessment and provide input on periodic refresh of modernized radar equipment to include common off the shelf (COTS) and radar open systems architecture (ROSA) components. Support development and implementation of data storage and archiving capabilities for the purpose of operations training & mission preparation.

Job Knowledge:
Possess specific knowledge and experience in the area of radar systems, hardware, and associated software. Has knowledge of digital signal processing techniques.
Specific Responsibilities:
Support of RTS Space Surveillance Operations performed from the Kwajalein Space Operations Command Center (K-SPOCC) or other facility as identified in Huntsville, AL.

Requirements:
Mandatory:

BSEE related to the above expertise with 5 years of experience.

Preferred:
MSEE related the above expertise with 3 years of experience. RTS site specific engineering experience is a major plus due to desire to retain on-site corporate knowledge in the Space Operations mission area.

Business Development Specialist (Location: Huntsville, AL/Full Time)
Responsibilities:
General–includes but is not limited to the following:
• The Business Development Specialist will provide support to our government customer in accordance with the business development goals and objectives as stated in the Peformance Work Statement. The employee will be able to assemble exhibit hardware, present a professional exhibit at each conference, and provide guidance to others assisting in the staffing of the event. The employee will be available to travel 10 to 15 weeks per year to various locations through the U.S. Travel may include one international trip annually. The employee will be required to staff the exhibit for the duration of the conference operating hours, coordinate shipping requirements for display materials, ensure all supplies are available for the conference, and participate in project team meetings for graphic development and business development activities. The employee will be able to work with the customer in evaluating the organizational performance in accordance with Performance Work Statement requirements and to provide required documentation and submittals on time.

Operational:
• Promote and execute sound safety practices during all work activities
• Coordinate business development and marketing activities
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, KRS Covenants and business ethics standards
• Adhere to proper labor charging practices
• Maintain accountability of government property as assigned
• Participate in project team meetings for business and graphics development
• Coordinate the delivery of graphics and media to the customer for approval in a timely manner to ensure meeting defined deadlines
• Coordinate the purchase of required business development supplies
• Maintain an accurate log of business development activities per contract requirements
• Fully execute assembly and disassembly of hardware to ensure a presentation of a professional exhibit at each conference
• Staff the exhibit for the duration of the exhibit hours which may include 12 to 14 hours on some days during major conference events
• Coordinate all shipping, transportation, and handling of exhibit materials to ensure cost effective performance and timely delivery in support of event deadlines
• Develop customer presentations upon request and support all required administration.
• Create professional quality marketing media to include brochures, data sheets, and CD's for distribution to potential customer organizations
• Facilitate customer visits to the KRS Office location as needed

JOB KNOWLEDGE:
• Required: Working knowledge of marketing and business development principles and practices to include understanding of contract requirements, development of business plans to support targeted marketing activities, effective staffing of conference exhibits in developing potential customer contacts, development of effective marketing materials, and ability to establish meetings supporting development of working relationships with government and commercial customer representatives.

• Desired: A working knowledge of the Missile Defense & Space Industry and an effective understanding of military protocol and established DoD working practices

Requirements:
• Required: The employee will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge and user proficiency for Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The employee will provide an effective direct interface with the government customer representatives. The employee will be able to travel 10 to 15 weeks per year in an unaccompanied status. The employee will be able to assemble and disassembly exhibit materials without assistance to include lifting of containers and materials weighing a maximum of 40 pounds per person. The employee will have excellent presentation and formal written communications skills.

• Desired: The employee will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge and user proficiency for the Access Database application and Adobe Photoshop.

EXPERIENCE:
• Required: Four to seven years of experience in related field. Possess a working knowledge of business development and marketing best practices and methods.

• Desired: Four to seven years working within a business development and marketing function within the government services market. An additional desire would be for that experience to be within the Missile Defense & Space Industry.

EDUCATION:
• Required: Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• Desired: Masters Degree in Marketing, MBA, or related field

OTHER SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
